BookKeep is provided by MindSprout Studios as a focused deadline-tracking tool for bookkeepers. By using BookKeep, you agree to use it responsibly and to verify all professional, tax, payroll, compliance, and filing obligations independently.
Apple standard EULA
BookKeep is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement unless a separate written agreement applies. You can review Apple’s standard EULA here: Apple Standard EULA.
No professional advice
BookKeep is an organization and reminder tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, compliance, or financial advice. It does not file returns, calculate taxes, submit payments, or guarantee compliance with any deadline.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the deadlines you choose to track, and any actions you take based on reminders or records in the app.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple. Manage billing, renewal, and cancellation through your Apple ID settings.
